About the Program

IMG_0360At Dancing Bear Toys, we believe that play and learning go hand in hand.

Our mission is to foster a community of healthy, happy, and curious kids.

We know that supporting educators is essential to that mission, which is why we’re launching Dancing Bear in the Schools.

How does it work?

We’ve created lending library of educational toys for classroom use.

Educators can check out one of our demo toys free of charge.  We’ll give them detailed instructions and a sample mini-lesson aligned with Common Core Standards so they can hit the ground running.

When they return the toy, they’ll get a 20% coupon to Dancing Bear.

Most of our demos are geared toward small groups of students.  They’re perfect for centers or enrichment activities.

Right now this program is only available at our Asheville location.  Stay tuned for expansions!

    • Unfortunately, since DBT in the Schools is such a new and small program, we are focusing on classroom based learning for now. We are definitely planning on expanding in the future to accommodate home schools, so please keep checking with us! Thanks for checking with us!
